Over 40 years ago, the 728 ft Edmund Fitzgerald lost its battle with the rough waters of Lake Superior. With the tragic loss of all 29 crew.
We recently discovered a small batch of Mercator EDMUND FITZGERALD ship models tucked away in storage above the gallery! Out of production for over 20 years, these models where made in Germany by Mercator. SM 1:1250 scale metal models in original packaging, new unopened condition!
